Welcome to the user agreement (the "Agreement" or "User Agreement") for BBGI. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services. If you have any questions, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions Page .

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become a member/user of the Online Radio Auction . We strongly recommend that, as you read this User Agreement, you also access and read the information contained in the other pages and websites referred to in this document, as they may contain further terms and conditions that apply to you as an Online Radio Auction User. Please note: underlined words and phrases are links to these pages and websites. By accepting this User Agreement, you also agree that your use of other BBGI websites will be governed by the User Agreement and Privacy Policy posted on those websites.

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. BBGI, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the registration process, the operation with the Online Radio Auction website or is otherwise in violation of the User Agreement, Privacy Policy or Terms of Service. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Online Radio Auction if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failure of any sort.


Eligibility:
1.) This service is not available to employees of BBGI or their immediate families.

Fees and services:
2.) Registration and bidding on items are free. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time. Buyers are responsible for any tax associated with purchase. All transactions must be handled with U.S. dollars.

Winning Bidders:
The winning bidder is determined by the highest bid received first and lasting until bid close. All judgements are final. Winning bidders agree, as a pre-condition of bidding, to complete the transaction with BBGI. Bids cannot be retracted. Bidding on an item certifies that you are 18 years old or older and have the legal right to purchase such item.

Payment of Merchandise:
Users will be required to register and provide their credit card information from a secured section of our website. Payment of merchandise will be charged to the winning bidder's credit card at the end of the auction. Items will be available for pick up at Beasley Broadcasting 432 S. Belair Road, Martinez, Ga. 706-855-9494.

Delivery and Pickup of Merchandise:
Winning bidders are responsible for pickup/delivery of items purchased unless otherwise specified. BBGI and vendors take no responsibility for delivery of merchandise.
5.1 Beasley will not be held responsible for merchandise and/or services not received when:
(a) Purchaser fails to initiate contact with vendor by setting an appointment and/or pick up dates for merchandise or services within 30 days of winning.
(b) Purchaser loses certificates.

Warranties:
Merchandise may come with manufacturer warranties. BBGI makes no representations or warranties with respect to merchandise or services auctioned on its Online Radio Auction.

Release:
User releases BBGI, its licensee, its parents, their affliated entities and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and representatives from any claims, demands, causes of action, losses, expenses, costs and liabilities of any nature whatsoever which User may hereafter incur or have against any of them which may arise out of or in connection with the Online Radio Auction or merchandise/services auctioned on the Online Radio Auction.

User acknowledges that with respect to any claims User may have as a result of the Auction, that User will not look to the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent corporation, their affiliated entities and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents (collectively “Releasees”). User acknowledges that the Station has not made any representations or warranties with respect to the services or merchandise offered in the Auction or the vendors providing such services or merchandise offered in the Auction.

User releases the Station and its Releasees from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, expenses, costs and liabilities of any nature whatsoever which User may hereafter incur or have against any of them which may arise directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Auction, merchandise or services offered in the Auction or vendors supplying such merchandise or services for the Auction.
