Q: How does bidding work?
A: We use a system called "proxy bidding".
Decide the maximum you're willing to pay and enter this amount. The Online Radio Auction will now confidentially bid up to your maximum amount. If other bidders outbid your maximum at the end of the auction, you don't get the item. Otherwise, you're the winner--and the final price might even be less than the maximum you had been willing to spend! Remember: The Online Radio Auction will use only as much of your maximum bid as is necessary to maintain your position as high bidder.
Q: Why do I not have the highest bid when the bid I am placing is larger than what is displayed on the page?
A: This happens because another bidder has already placed a higher maximum bid than your bid at that time.
Q: Why must I register with a credit card?
A: To ensure a more successful auction, we are accepting online credit card payments only.
Q: Should I be concerned about placing my credit card info on your website?
A: No! Your information will be collected in the securest part of our website and encrypted.
Q: Are any of the auction items used?
A: No. all items are new and never been used. On occasion we may offer a refurbished item and it will be listed as refurbished in the description.
Q: How and when do I pay for my items?
A: The charge card you used in your registration will be deducted the total amount of all the items you won at the end of the auction.
Q: Where and when do I pick my items up?

Q: How will I know if I won an item?
A: A winner's email will be sent to you but as a reassuring measure check the items that you bidded on to see if you are a winner after auction close.
Q: When the value is stated for an item what does that value represent?
A: It represents the manufacturers suggested retail price.
